By setting clear expectations, we’re able to honor your time, protect our team’s schedule, and continue delivering the elevated service you love.

Credit Card Transaction Fee

A 3.5% service fee will be applied to all payments made via credit card. This adjustment helps offset processing costs and allows us to maintain our competitive pricing.


Payments made via cash or debit will not incur this fee.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours or marked as no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.


To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for our stylists time, a card on file is required for every appointment. Your card will only be charged if our cancellation policy applies.

Rescheduling Limit

We understand that plans can change. Guests may reschedule an appointment up to two times without penalty.


To avoid any misunderstanding, if a third reschedule is requested, it will be treated as a cancellation and the 100% fee will be charged to the card on file

Gift Cards

Your gift card can be used toward any service provided at Modern Elegance Beauty Salons, giving you the flexibility to enjoy the experience you choose.


All gift card purchases are final and non‑refundable. Gift cards are transferable to another profile.


Gift cards never expire and may be used toward any service at Modern Elegance Beauty Salons. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase additional gift cards, retail or applied towards gratuity.

If an appointment booked is canceled late or marked as a no‑show, our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the remaining gift card balance.

Late Arrivals 

If you’re running late, please let us know, we’ll always communicate with you as well.


Arriving more than 15 minutes past your appointment time means we won’t have enough time to complete your service without affecting the next guest.

 

In this case, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and it will be processed according to our cancellation policy

Retail 

Our stylists focus on educating you to ensure we recommend the right products for your needs, and if something doesn’t work for you, retail items may be exchanged within seven days of purchase, as all retail sales are non‑refundable.
