This past Friday, our leadership team gathered for an evening that reminded us why Modern Elegance Beauty Salons continues to thrive. That is because of the people behind the scenes who make it all happen. ❤️
Our managers do so much more than what meets the eye. They train, oversee operations, manage inventory, and nurture the salon culture that keeps our spaces running smoothly and beautifully. Each meeting is our chance to pause, celebrate them, and say Thank you! For being our second pair of eyes, for keeping everything aligned with our standards, and for helping us grow stronger together.
We shared laughs, ideas, inspiration and yes, we spoiled them a little too. These moments are about connection and appreciation, but also about progress. Every conversation helps us refine how we lead, how we support our stylists, and how we keep our clients at the heart of every decision we make. 🥰
We also want to celebrate Merissa! She started with us as a Stylist, and as she began her own family, she stepped into her at‑home receptionist role. She’s the first voice our clients hear, and even from home she keeps every location connected and running smooth. She’s a huge part of our leadership team and such an important piece of the Modern Elegance Beauty Salons experience!
As we continue to grow within ourselves, with each other, as a team, and in our craft, we remain committed to creating experiences that our clients remember long after they leave the chair.
